Getting started

The midweek start to the new year granted me a mini practice week.

The plan:

Workout – 20m bike ride and 3 weight training exercises daily

Clean – Dishes, Laundry Load, Trash out daily

Prep – Set coffee maker and set out clothes nightly

These last two days have been successful, though light. And with that I’m also prepped for next week. I want to try out my weekly planning on Fridays to see how it goes.
