Happy New Year

This year is going to start for me like a few others have before – pregnant. But now in my mid-30s, I have a greater appreciation for the fact the life doesn’t slow down for anyone. The weeks will just zoom by faster and faster until we don’t get anymore weeks.

And since the weeks won’t slow down for me, I’ve got to make better use of the them. So what have I decided to differently this year? Well, not much actually. I’ve got the same basic goals as most people… eat better, work out more, be more organized. I’m just keeping the resolutions a bit more flexible.

  1. Make a dang plan each week
    • To include meal prepping, workout planning, cleaning schedule, to do lists.
  2. Execute to the plan
  3. Blog about the progress
